# Update Negotiation Status

**PATCH** `/v1/listings/{{listing_id}}/negotiations/{{negotiation_id}}`

Updates the status or outcome of an existing negotiation for this listing (for example accept, reject, or counter).

\`status\` is the status seller wishes to set for the negotiation.
