# Forms List

**GET** `/v1/forms`

Returns a paginated list: Forms List.

Get list of custom forms created for the tenant.

**Query Parameters**

| `page` | optional | `integer` | Page number for pagination (default: 1). |
| `per_page` | optional | `integer` | Number of forms per page (default: 10). |
| `status` | optional | `string` | Filter forms by status (`draft`, `active`, `inactive`). |
| `search_key` | optional | `string` | Search term to filter forms by title or description. |
