# Edit Account

**PUT** `/v1/accounts/{{account_id}}`

Updates account profile and settings.

This is also a user-authenticated write. Send the logged-in user's `auth_key`
as `Authorization: Bearer <user-auth_key>`; do not use the tenant API key in
place of the user token.
