# Currency Object

| **name** | **type** | **description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `id` | `integer` | unique identifier of the currency |
| `name` | `string` | name of the currency |
| `image_path` | `string` | logo or image URL of the currency |
| `code` | `string` | 3 Letter Alpha-3 code of the currency. For example USD for united states dollars |
| `exchange_rate` | `float` | exchange rate against default currency |
| `precision` | `integer` | range from zero decimals to three decimals |
| `thousand_separator` | `string` | thousands separator of the currency |
| `decimal_point` | `string` | decimal point of the currency |
| `format` | `string` | format of the currency. format must have `{amount}` in the value. For example, to format British Pounds you can enter the value as `£ {amount}` |
| `default` | `boolean` | states whether the currency is default currency or not |
| `active` | `boolean` | states whether the currency is active or not |
| `order_by` | `integer` | rank of the currency |
