# Send Campaign

**POST** `/v1/campaigns/{{campaign_id}}/send`

Materializes recipients from the campaign's audience criteria and enqueues delivery through the processing queue.

If the campaign is configured as `scheduled` with a future `scheduled_at` date, the delivery queue will wait until the scheduled time. Otherwise, delivery starts immediately.

### Response fields

**message** Status message indicating delivery has been queued.  
**total_recipients** Total number of recipients materialized for this campaign run.
